Directions

Leave the M6 at Junction 36 and take the A591 to Windermere and on to Ambleside. Follow the signs to the town centre and you will join the one way system. The Brathay Lodge is on the right, directly opposite "White Platts Park" and the tennis courts.

There is a large car park to the side of the property and additional parking is available at the rear.

A £30 non-refundable deposit is required per room to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy
Where a cancellation is made a charge of 75% (within 1 - 7 days) or 40% (within 8 - 14 days) will be taken from your remaining balance, unless the room is successfully re-sold for the equivalent duration. The policy also applies to bookings of multiple rooms. Holiday insurance is advisable.

Pets
Pets are welcome at a small additional charge (£5) per pet per night, but are not allowed in the main building and under no circumstances are they to be left alone in the room or allowed on the bed or furniture. It is the pet owner’s responsibility to ensure that no damage is done to the room and to recompense the hotel for any mess or damage caused.
