Booking Terms & Conditions

A £30 non-refundable deposit is required per room to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy
Where a cancellation is made a charge of 75% (within 1 - 7 days) or 40% (within 8 - 14 days) will be taken from your remaining balance, unless the room is successfully re-sold for the equivalent duration. The policy also applies to bookings of multiple rooms. As our terms do not include cancellation insurance, it is recommended that you arrange your own.

Pets
Pets are welcome at a small additional charge (£7) per pet per night, but are not allowed in the main building and under no circumstances are they to be left alone in the room or allowed on the bed or furniture. It is the pet owner’s responsibility to ensure that no damage is done to the room and to recompense the hotel for any mess or damage caused.
